CLEAR FOCUS Imaging Adds 2 Patents to Its Patent Portfolio
SANTA ROSA, CA October 14, 2002 CLEAR FOCUS Imaging, Inc., producer of One Way Vision™ perforated window-graphics film, recently added two more U.S. patents to its growing intellectual property portfolio. This brings to seven the total number of U.S. patents relating to perforated film issued or acquired to which the company holds exclusive rights.
United States patent number 6,258,429 relates to a see-through, one-way panel whose front side may be top-coated to accept inks. The company's JetVue™ product line is manufactured under one or more aspects of this patent. United States patent number 5,925,437 pertains to a see-through panel having a retroreflective surface, and which may be imprinted on either the surface of the retroreflective panel or the light-reflecting surface. The addition of these two patents further expands the company's intellectual property and strengthens its competitive product advantage in the market.
