The marketing department for Metro Transit (the regional overseer of transportation services in the Mpls./St Paul 7-county metropolitan area) was looking for a substrate that would install on interior windows of the North Star Commuter Rail Station at Target Field in Minneapolis. They wanted window graphics to be protected from possible vandalism and the sometimes harsh Minnesota winter weather.
Another requirement was that the substrate be perforated so Metro Transit Police can see inside the station from outside and vice versa for safety reasons.
EconoVue Clear Interior was the perfect fit for this project's requirements. The substrate printed on our 98" wide digital UV press without a hitch. And installation was a breeze.

Visual Horizons Custom Signs
Emagine Digital was selected as the sole vendor for the largest installation of window and wall graphics curated and managed by the San Diego Regional Airport Authority Art Program. The project will be up for one full year and represents Balboa Park's centennial celebration of the 1915 Panama-California Exposition.
The perforated window graphics portion of the project was installed across the pedestrian bridge linking parking to terminal one. Over 20 individual panels of 87" x 100" Clear Focus ImageVue were used to complete the project.
I personally evaluate products based on price, value and feedback from my production and install staff. Both departments were very happy with the results. It printed beautifully on our LED Hybrid UV Curable VUTek GS3250 LX Pro with UltraDrop technology. My install staff also loves the way the material installs. Dave, the owner of Javatini’s, told us how a businessman came in the coffee shop and asked the barista if this was their only location. The barista replied and asked if he was from around the area. The businessman said he was just there on business and chose this coffee shop because of the signage on their windows. We also measured the heat difference with and without window film and there was up to a 24-degree difference in the heat of the glass.
